I design for the people who have to use software all day.

I’m Pipsa Martikainen, a Senior UX/UI Designer based in the UK with years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS. Much of my career has centred around connecting product strategy with interaction design: collaborating closely with product directors, stakeholders, and engineering teams to transform complex challenges into clear, user-friendly solutions.

Currently at Intapp, I design AI-integrated tools for legal and financial professionals. Previously at Accountor Finago in Finland, I served as a hybrid UX Designer and Product Owner, taking ownership of both design and product direction for key features.

When I'm not immersed in design systems and user flows, I enjoy painting, crocheting, and playing video games, all of which keep my creativity flowing.
